One of our dedicated loss assessors, managing claims for homeowners, landlords and businesses from first visit to final settlement.
Yes. Our Southern office covers the whole of Oxfordshire, along with the rest of the South of England. Your loss assessor will visit your property.
Your policy should put your home back to the condition it was in before the damage, which usually means repairs in keeping with the original. We make sure the cost of suitable materials and skilled trades is included in your claim.
At the earliest opportunity. The start of your claim is the best time, because that's when your insurer instructs a loss adjuster to act on its behalf, not yours. If you appoint a loss assessor after the adjuster's report has gone in, it can be much harder to challenge.
Your first consultation is free and there's no obligation. We work on a no win, no fee basis, so we don't get paid until you do. Call us and we'll talk you through how our fees work for your claim.
