Independent Claims Consultants is the trading name of Insurance Claims Centre UK Limited, a company registered in England No. 3932119, Arco House, 86 Woburn Drive, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire WA15 8NE. What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through our claim form, email or phone us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and information about your claim. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, if you appoint us, to manage your claim.

Our claim form is delivered to our team by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes your details on to us.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for your enquiry or claim, and for any period we must keep records by law or under our regulatory obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing without your permission.

Website analytics and cookies

We use analytics to understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it:

Cloudflare Web Analytics. We count visits, the pages viewed, the website that referred you, and your general location and device type. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't track you across other websites.

Google Analytics. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular. If you click Reject, or don't choose, these cookies aren't set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Our website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do this, contact us using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
